Porting delay in moving landline from BT to VM

Hi I ordered my Volt bundle with you on 11th Nov. Installation was 25 Nov but the engineer said that the request to port our exisiting landline had not been included.  It was requested on the original order.  The engineer made a phone call whilst here and we were told the BT landline should go dead around the 5 December and we would then have our number ported over.  This has not happened.  I contacted BT who confirmed the request had not been received.  Today I have spoken via live chat to one of your agents who told me that they have still not generated a landline for us which needs to happen before they can swap out the numbers.  She confirmed that she has done this today.  My questions are please

1. please confirm this request is underway and I am sceptical this has been done correctly given this is the third time I have tried to tie up the loose ends with this order

2. When i requested that my number be transferred over a month ago I am still paying BT for my landline and VM for a landline as part of my new bundle from 25th November.  Are you able to reimburse the cost of the BT landline from 25th November as this is your error?
