Good Afternoon, 

has anyone had any experience with porting a number into VM from a VOIP company?

I've tried around 5 times to do it but virgin keep sending the requests over to BT instead of Sipgate. now Sipgate use Magrathea Telecom LTD to do the port requests which I've told the porting team on numerous occasions. however VM keep sending the request to BT who reject the port stating the numbers inactive.

any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. 

FYI i have searched the forums but can only find port requests the opposite way ie VM to sipgate

Sorry you are having issues porting your number over to us 

I am just going to check if Sipgate and Magrathea Telecom LTD are one of the companies we are able to port from, With this being VOIP its a whole new process for us here 

Can I get back to you with an update as soon as I have some news
