I have recently signed up to Virgin from BT and what a nightmare it's been.
I need to port my number and I was told it would be no issue and would be handled by Virgin. It seems now that I was given false information and my number may not port over as my BT line was disconnected earlier the same day. Why is their no accountability at Virgin??

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your number port at the moment, did you advise BT to cancel your line with them?
When was your line cancelled as we do have 30 days from the date of disconnection to apply for your number to be ported over to Virgin Media.
