Hi,
I've been trying to port my landline number from sky for 3 weeks now. I have rang VM 6 timers now and every time I get different answers. Now i have been told that the line is not active at sky they can't port the number. I have spoken to sky and they have said you can still port the number. it is only available for 14 more day and they it can't be ported. I've had this number for 26 years.
can anyone help me escalate this as VM have no idea what they are doing and they keep fobbing me off. great customer service. instead of helping me they just disconnect the call.
