Ported my Home phone from Sky No dial tone

I switched my Broadband & home phone from Sky, but No dial tone since August 28

Hello Femi

Sorry to hear this has happened 

Porting a number from one provider to another can take around 10 days from installation 

Have you still got a dial tone on the Sky socket and is the Sky account active?

Also have we set you up through the Hub

I can have a look at this for you 

However as Sky is now inactive  it may not be possible, But let's have a look any way 

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
