Port request made?

Hello, are any VM staff online? I can't get through to the contact centre. I am a brand new VM customer and would like to know if VM have raised a port request to Sky for my landline. This is becoming urgent as I can't lose my existing number.

I've had a peek at your details using the information we have on here and can see that the port has been arranged from your previous provider and it's been accepted. I'll send you a Private Message to confirm the port date and our Porting Desk will be monitoring it  and test the line once it's been completed.

Hey and welcome to the community @fsmp220,

 

When you signed up the sales agent should have asked if you needed to transfer your number over from a previous supplier, I apologise if this didn't happen when you signed up.

 

I can get this arranged for you but first, Is your number still active with your former supplier? We need your line to be still be active with your old provider to be able to transfer your number over.
