I set up a new service contract with Virgin Media on 04/08/2022 with contract start date 10/08/2022.
Requested to port my Landline number from SKY but a month on, this has still not happened.
I have had the Landline number for over 25 years. The Landline number is registered with hospitals, GP's, Council, DWP, Businesses and number of organisations.
After a number of calls to Virgin Media, I am still awaiting to find out if I could have my Landline number ported.
Can anyone help please?
