How if we decide to port the number over and typically how long does it take?

Porting numbers over can take 10 days
We do need both accounts to be active for the duration of the request
Are you able to extend the cut off day with Sky at all
Don’t worry I’ll use whatever number Virgin have supplied.
btw who’s best to speak regards the wrong hub being supplied ? Engineer fitted a hub 3 not 4 and customer service via chat are giving me the run around.

I have a look at a few things and we currently are experiencing a stock shortage of the Hub4 along with other pieces of equipment
I have set a reminder to check back and see when the Hub4 is back in stock
Its just a matter of sending one out and returning the current Hub3
