When you speak to customer services, they say at the beginning of the call to confirm your number "incase we get cut off" so they can call you back.
Guess what....they don't!!
I called today trying to get an issue resolved with billing which I initially brought up in January! Bill is STILL showing incorrect amount.
I'm holding while the agent says she is trying to sort the issue out and line goes silent and like an idiot I continue to hold, 10mins later and no one comes back so I give up!
Did someone call me back? Like hell they did!
I'm definitely leaving when my contract ends in June.
