Hey TheresonlyoneVM, thanks for the post on our help forum.

We're sorry to hear you wish to remove the voicemail service, would that be in regard to a landline or mobile service with this added feature?
Also. could you please let us know if you've faced an issue with your voicemail and what's the reason you want it removed so we can help out?

Hi, it's for my landlines. No problems  I just don't like the feature....
