i have a problem on my home phone - I’ve been unable to contact VM customer services as the wait time is always an hour+.
when I make or receive a call after 90 seconds of speaking the engaged signal can be heard on the line making talking to a person impossible!

Are you able to let me know, how your landline connected? Is it via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?

Its via a wall socket I think, not sure as my son connected up all the things for me (can you tell I’m a bit of a technophobe)!
No problem at all.
