Just recently cancelled my contract of phone tv and broadband I’ve been out of contact now for over a month all equipment sent back
but just noticed that the phone line is still working any advice

I'm sorry to hear you decided to leave us. Can you please confirm what date you gave notice and what date your contract is due to be disconnected?
If you have chosen to go with another provider and requested to port over your landline number, your landline service won't be disconnected with us until the port has completed successfully.
