Phone

Switched to Virgin on 23rd December and was told my landline number would be up and running on 6th January.  Have since had an email saying it’s now not happening. I am 73 years old and it is essential I keep my old number as my doctor nurse and hospital consultant phone me on a regular basis.  Please can you get me my number back

My apologies for the landline issue. Normally we'd only be able to port a number if it's still active.
