Phone

I’ve been having trouble with my phone as no dialling tone on Friday when I got the new hub 4 .on Monday 2nd November I got in touch with you and it was sorted .I’ve come to use the phone this morning no dialling tone again please can you help

Sorry for the ongoing issue - I have checked over the account and have booked you the earliest possible engineer appointment which is tomorrow between 12PM-4PM, if this is not convenient to yourself - you would be able to re-schedule this through your online account 🙂

It has come back on .now would it be better having a engineer out .as I got a text but cancelled it

Not if the fault isn't present no Kaz66, if you can keep an eye on this please and keep me posted. 

 

Even if you could check the service status page; here, if this happens again to see if it is a known fault. From when I checked your account earlier there wasn't anything listed - but it's good to always check.

I've got no dialling tone again this is second time today it gone off and went of Monday this is since I got hub4 fitted Monday.was told today there was a fault going send a engineer but they sent a signal and it worked so cancelled it
