I upgraded to new hub4 on Friday phone not working.please can you help

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry that your landline isn't working since getting a new hub, this isn't good. 

I've had a look from the back end of things from here and it's all looking good. 

Can you advise what is happening exactly?

Is your landline plugged it the back of the hub? 

Keep us posted.

Yes we have put it in right.there is no dialling tone

The phones not ringing out or receiving calls...on router settings the telephony part has disabled next to it in brackets...we do have a phone package..it worked on the hub 3.0 but since we got the 4.0 it’s stopped...is it possible we need to activate the line we also tried a different DSL cable and that didn’t work.

Did they say how long? 

 

If it's not sorted itself out for over 48 hours I think we're going to need to book a tech visit. 

Let me know and if you don't hear back then I'll book the visit from here.
