Im having issues with my home phone and not sure if it’s a line fault or equipment.
every time it is used it won’t hang up unless the other end of the call hang up the call. My phone bill showed I was on the phone to virgin for 9 hours.
any help on this before I need to get an engineer out

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your landline looked into, I am sorry your landline is failing to hang up.
Can I ask if your phone is a wireless model?
Is it plugged in via the mails or an extension lead?
Is there any damage to the receiving end of the dock?
