Phone switch over

I keep receiving texts stating that the home phone service will be switched over 24th November 2023 and to check the letter and email sent that advises me what to do. I haven’t received a letter or email. I’ve tried several times to contact you unsuccessfully.  Please send me the letter or email.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received any further details regarding your migration. I've had a quick look, and we'll need to send you out an updated Hub so that you can be switched over to VOIP.

I've popped you over a PM now so I can assist.
