Phone switch over

Dad received a letter from you with an adaptor but he is struggling to understand where he is plugging the adaptor into.  Does the adaptor fit into the router, and then the phone line into the the adaptor?

Problem is that he doesn’t believe there is an appropriate orifice in the router to accommodate the the adaptor.

Do you have an helpsheet that I can look at.  Currently he is without landline and is struggling to make contact with your help desk.

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear your Dad is struggling with this. The adapter should have come with simple step-by-step instructions to help you get set up. 

All you need to do is plug the adapter to the back of your Hub to connect your phone. You’ll need to do this on the dates we sent you in a recent letter.
