Phone set up

hi phone set up 1st dec

my main phone is a dect phone which i can connect to the router but i have a phone for the hard of earing which is in a bedroom .

can you arrange for a technitian so i can use both phones

no i caNT CONNECT BOTH TO THE HUB AS 1 IS DOWSTAIRS WITH THE HUB 2ND ONE

UPSTAIRS SO NEEDS A DIFFERENT CONNECTION

Thank you for that information. 

If your handset downstairs is a cordless phone then you would simply be able to plug in and use. 

For a corded handset, we would need to send out an engineer to fit an extension that will require additional wiring. There would be a cost implication to this of £25 though. 

Please let me know if you wish to proceed down that route.

As its a special phone it probably need a engineer  to wire

under the change over this should be free of charge
