Phone receiver no longer working on newly installed VoIP
My two month old BT premium handsets suddenly stopped functioning one week after I was transferred to VoIP. They say on the digital display “line in use a call cannot be made”.
The phone line from the answerphone receiver is connected via an adapter to the top port on the back of the small black modem/hub.
Members on this forum have been helpful, thank you, but Virgin have not stepped up to the plate with help. The technical team have apparently tested my phone line and say there is nothing wrong. However my Internet has been atrocious recently although this morning it is working fine. Help please Virgin. This is just not acceptable.
