Phone provided?

Tuning in

I've bought a package with a phone line included (not the O2 sim, the landline) - Should a phone be provided?

I've tried to speak to the customer "help" line on the phone, although I'll admit I ended up wanting to bash my head off the wall so gave up asking the question.

The reason I'm confused is the engineer just dumped a little white adapter block to plug a phone in to next to the router, but didn't leave a phone or anything to plug it into.. I'm not too fussed either way (although it's a little bit misleading advertising if not because they have a picture of the router and phone in the package promo photos on the website). My main concern is being slapped with charges at the end of the contract for "missing" equipment that was never given to us

The engineer did an utterly crap job of the install (see my other post) so I'm skeptical

Can anyone advise?

Hey isla1899, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the install not going well.

We don't offer the phone sorry, this is just an adapter to plug into your own personal phone to use.

I am going to send you a PM about the install job and we can someone down to re-do this for you.

Please look out for the purple envelope. Thanks
