Phone problem

My elderly parents have not been able to make or receive calls since last Tuesday. They have tried everything to get through to talk to someone at Virgin, as have myself and my sister and they have even written a letter to them. I am extremely disappointed with the service and wonder if anyone has any suggestions for what to do? Thanks Karen

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that your parents have been having an issue with the landline for over a week, this isn't good. 

Have they been able to try another handset or socket at all?

If so and it's still an issue then please reply to the personal message I'm sending now so I can grab some details.
