Not ported number to Virgin media. Should have been done 31/12/2020. So now both landlines not working. Tried ringing, waiting for half hour at a time , no luck. Webchat just as useless. Advisor picks up a message, only get few reply a day. They say we are open until 11pm. Don't think they're open a all. Made a formal complaint. Will get addressed in 28 days? Clowns employed for running what was one of the good customer focused companies.
