I see other people ppl have had number ported after switching. Have been on phone at least once a week trying to sort it .
Sky says its virgin virgin says its skys
When ordered package I asked to keep same number.
Spoke to VM advisor who admitted it was virgins fault ( have name and email address ) and it will get sorted .
I need the number as it's on a uniforms paperwork and sign written van .
I am getting nowhere fast .

I have spoken to that many people and getting nowhere . When the the guy from Vm says its Vm fault from the start and nothing has been done for 7 weeks
