Hi i joined u last dec and the phone is on the router
can i ask why my friend of mine who has been with u for years is not got there phone on router they still have it in the normal socket??
should they not be the same moved over to the new way on the router??

Our customers across our network will be gradually moved over to a router based phone line system.
Any customers who have not yet been moved over, will be done so in the near future.

HI David ok will let him know as when i said to him he did not know also he has vm mobile with the change on that does he need to do any thing or will u contact him on when the change to o2 happends

All mobile customers have been switched over to O2 and are now being issued with their coverage.
We'll be sure to keep all customers in touch via whitemail, SMS or E-Mail in relation to changes to Virgin Media an Mobile services.
If he's able to call us o 0345 454 1111 or 150 for Media, and 0345 600 0789 or 789 for Mobile, we'll be able to discuss his accounts and ensure all contact details are up to date for him.
