Phone number wasn't ported

Hi,

I had Virgin installed on 17th Dec. I asked to keep my home phone number but it still hasn't been ported to Virgin yet.

What do I need to do?

Unfortunately we're unable to see a port request. Is the number from the original provider still active?

Hi Corey, Thanks for your reply.

I asked to keep the number in the order process.

Yes, the number is still active with BT. My mobile number ported correctly, but not my home phone number.
