Phone number porting

Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone number port from now tv. I signed up on January 30th on the phone with a sales representative, he told me the port wouldn’t be a problem as he would notify now tv of my intention to leave. My now tv line is still active and I’ve had no correspondence from them regarding me leaving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your requested number hasn't come over, when you join us we cannot request the port of a number until our services are live and the number coming in must be active, us taking the number will only close the Phone line down, if you have other services with them you would need to speak to them. 

So I can check the request to bring your number over has been added, I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received please click on the purple envelope to accept.
