Phone number porting delay

I am absolutely at the end of my tether trying to get through to someone for an update on when my old phone number will be ported across (install date 29/10). I am currently sat on hold after being transferred twice and cut off once. Promises have been broken as to when this would happen and I wish I hadn’t chosen Virgin Media, the customer service is an absolute joke!!  Can someone from Customer Services help me to resolve this issue please....

I'm really sorry for the issues you've been having with your number porting over, this isn't good.
