Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline.
I have looked into your account and can see that there is an issue between your home and the cabinet, which needs to be resolved by an engineer.

Engineer was meant to come last Saturday but as usual failed to turn up such a poor service from virgin media and the call centre is a disgrace being on hold for under 2 hours then get cut off
