How do I get Virgin to be responsive, keep me updated and be reasonable.
our phone is not working.
Engineer came this morning and said he can’t fix. Is due to a fire in a cabinet and can’t say when it will be done.
Also affecting a number of our TV channels.
phone call to virgin after 9 menu choices sees me transferred to technical support, on to field support and then onto customer services. No one had any info other than a random statement of next available engineer is 19 March (that’s in London).
was then transferred to cancellations in frustration to get a phone line from another competent supplier. They cut the call dead as soon as I ask to leave.
Have dealt with many faceless useless companies in my time but Virgin seem to top the lot for lack of info and care less attitude
