Our phone and others in the area have no dialing tone and we cannot make calls, for over a day. Was an issue yesterday and got a text saying this was fixed. It was not so how do you report this again? According to the Service Status there is no issue. I don't want to spend my weekend waiting to speak to someone at Virgin. Recently had a negative experience calling for help with nuisance calls so I don't have much confidence in your service! Will switch in a few months time.
