Thank you so much for your first post to our community forums and welcome to the team, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry to hear that your phone is not working after the switchover!
Can I ask if you have tried the phone both plugged into the Hub with the adaptor and at the original wall socket?
Is it not working in either connection? Are you able to try another handset?
