My home phone (wall socket connection) has recently stopped ringing. I have a dial tone, can ring out and when I call my house from my mobile I can answer it etc. Just the phone won't ring. I've bought a basic phone today to rule out my existing cordless phones (3 mths old) and that is the same. I've just spent 30 mins on a very frustrating support call to be told there's nothing wrong and I should contact both phone manufacturers. !!!
