Phone was supposed to be activated on Friday. I spent over 3 hours on my mobile to them, which concluded that the phone would be activated on Monday. Still no phone and guess what the advise given on their website is to call them.

Apologies for the problem you're having here. Can I ask was this apart of a new package you was taking out or have you always had a landline?
It was a new package from 30/10/20
Just to confirm was that new package including a landline? Is this stated on the upgrade email which would have come through at the time of upgrading?
