All outgoing calls on landline redirected to Virgin media call centre. Using superhub 2ac and tried all online help advice without success. Will this problem be resolved or should I change my provider?

Hi Zim35.
This will be the Telephone line being updated to our new service, 21cv which goes through the Hub as apposed the traditional socket.
The Team usually get in touch to arrange a date for this to go through.
I can look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
