Our home phone isn't working making or receiving calls, tried different phones, different units etc been paying for this service since we moved in and still unable to use it even with buying new phones. Our broadband and TV service is working. Home phone not worked for nearly a year but people have been leaving voicemails we just can't phone out or receive them

Thank you for testing a new handset etc already, can you confirm if your phone is plugged into a wall socket or the back of your hub?
