After engineers has fix our fault on our line (SNR) and VM guy checked our fault at home ,he linked up all our phone lines together, I'm happy to have a working landline after 6 weeks. This is the new way forward a signal (fibre) to come through a hub connecting to your phone line without digging up roads or footpaths to lay down cables instead. All l say is to be patient as it's worth it in the end.
