Hi my landline is not working - completely dead line. Phone display says check phone line.. When I ring it from my mobile it says ‘you’ve dialled an incorrect number’ Please could somebody look into this?

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you've currently no working landline and for any inconvenience this issue is causing you.
Can we ask if your able to try an alternative handset to eliminate it's not the equipment causing the fault.
Remotely, looking from our end you're connected to your hub. Can we ask if you have rebooted your equipment this morning and tried the line again.
Also, we recommend if you have any extension sockets, please unplug these and any other equipment you have attached to your line.
