My phone line is not working.
I am unable to contact you as I do not have a mobile phone either. I was told a week ago it had been resolved by an engineer but the issue is still happening.
The phone line crackles and will not connect calls inbound or outbound. The problem is not the handset as I have bought a brand new one, as well as the cable and the issue is still there.
Can you assist me please in getting this sorted? I rely heavily on family contact with my phone.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline services.
Are you able to let me know is your landline connected via your hub or the traditional wall socket?
