Phone line not working

Had VM installed on 1 Feb. Phone line not working today. Tech Support gone home for the day. Call centre unable to tell me anything other than that there is a fault on the line.  Interested to know if this experience is par for the course with VM for landlines? Never had a phone problem in 30+ years with a trad land line.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with your landline, I've run a remote diagnostics and our records indicate that you already have an engineer visit booked. You can always check this here,
