Since this morning I am not able to make or receive calls on my home landline. Have checked all points and plugs on the base but still no luck. The message on the screen on all handsets is “no link to base. Please check base”. Virgin helpline - there is no response, have rang twice, each time waited for over an hour.
Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post to our forums; sorry that you're having some issues with your landline. I have located your account from your forum information and can see that you have since been in touch via your online account and booked a technician visit.
I do hope the visit goes well - if you need to check or change the visit, you can do this via your online account also.
