My home phone has not worked since Friday as there is no dial tone. I have tried a different handset & also tested the line but it showed as inconclusive. No faults are recognised in my area please help!!

Very sorry that your phone has had no dial tone for a few days, this isn't good.
I've had a look at the back end of things from here and I've booked a tech visit for you, details of this can be found via your online account.
We always book the next available slot but if this doesn't suit then you can also re arrange from your online account.
Please ensure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time and if the landline is fixed before the visit please cancel it.
