My phone line is not working. I am in the old platform and connect directly to the old BT socket.
i have had no connection since Friday .
Twice there have been messages saying there are issues in my area but there are none now. I have tried another connection and still does not work.

Have you been in touch with the team since your post?
We aren't able to connect our services to at BT socket as we're only liable for our network, are you able to find the Virgin Media socket to plug your phone into this?
