My phone line is completely dead. I have just upgraded to the Hub 3 and was hoping I would be able to use my phone the the hub. Unfortunately there were no wires or adaptors for my phone so I am still stuck with no working phone line
Virgin will you please send me the relevant kit required to use my phone.

I have checked the back end of your services and I can see that you aren't set up for DOCSIS technology, so you won't be able to plug your phone into your router. If you have just upgraded your hub, sadly, it doesn't always mean that you'll automatically be set up for DOCSIS and be able to plug your phone into your router. I'm sorry if this is causes any disappointment.
Are you having issues with your phone plugged into your master socket?
