This post is for an elderly family members phone line that has not working for almost 2 weeks now.
We have been in contact with phone support almost every day since it started, with extremely frustrating and contradicting advice. Have been cut off twice and most times calls have lasted over 30 minutes.
3 engineers have been booked but without any notification have been cancelled by Virgin Media, so we are still left without any information or clear indication when the fault will be resolved.
Our biggest concern is the fact that she is in her 90's and the phone line is used in conjunction with a panic alarm.
I am happy to give any information that might help this situation.
