My phone line is not working and having exhausted all auto/self tests need support of engineer. However finding it impossible to contact anyone because of current situation. Ideas/numbers/email etc required
I am afraid there is no email address but there a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.

07533051809 if you send a txt to this number with as much info as you can re the fault. Also include account / landline number your issue will be dealt with. As a NDT fault is classed as a total loss of service you will be visited by a tech. Pls be ware VM are currently working with a vastly reduce number of staff so wait times are to be expected.
