Phone line not working after replacement hub 3

So I got my replaced hub, everything plugged in as before but no line working but the rest is. Been on hold for 45 mins before answered, then it takes me 3 times to tell the assistant the issue before she gets it, then I get told to ring back Monday.

That is shocking service from virgin who are taking the **bleep**. So I won’t have my phone line working again for 48 hrs?

Wow 2/10 for customer service 😡😡

Now that my phone is working again, the caller Id isn’t, time to get back on at virgin.
