Honest a god in going to pull my hair out. So phone was connected for 1 week could disk it but not in.
4 weeks on I thought ohh I will try the phone line
Dialing tone
When ring this number is not recognised.
Tried to ring 150 constant ongoing dead line noise loud buzzing
Was all plugged in and working but not now
Thank you any help would be appreciated. I need this line for my urgent hospital apt.

Just to check, have you been able to check our service page here to see if this is due to any known area issues?
If nothing shows, it would be best to check our landline support page here for further help.
One other thing to check, has your phone been switched over? If so, has the adapter for the phone been plugged into the hub?

Hi I plugged the virgin adapter into the bt line then into my phone. That's when it started to work a few weeks ago. So not plugged into the hub

Also checked area for phone and broadband and good quality. And checked the help hub no help thanks sue
