Phone line is not working

Hi,

The phone line has not been working for a while now. A friend who is a Virgin Media engineer has advised to report the issue. I have been unable to contact you via phone or webchat so have come on here to report it.

Please look into this ASAP.

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your landline. I have run some remote diagnostics and it's showing that you may be currently impacted by a fault in the area [ref# C01142745 ], however the estimated fix time is showing as 30 SEP 2020 17:00. So we will be working to get this sorted as quickly as possible.
