The phone line has not been working for a while now. A friend who is a Virgin Media engineer has advised to report the issue. I have been unable to contact you via phone or webchat so have come on here to report it.

I have run some remote diagnostics and it's showing that you may be currently impacted by a fault in the area [ref# C01142745 ], however the estimated fix time is showing as 30 SEP 2020 17:00. So we will be working to get this sorted as quickly as possible.
