The phone line has been dead all day. Saw several vans in the area. The technician said that they were changing the old batteries that ran the phone lines and that we would be up and running shortly. That was 6 hours ago. No one around now and on calling Virgin from a mobile the message is they are having technical issues or leave a message. Is anybody else having or had a problem like this. I do not know who to call to actually speak to somebody and resolve my problem. Any help would be greatly received. Thanks.
